We are excited to announce that Eleos Technologies, LLC (“Eleos”) has been acquired by Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. (“Knight-Swift”). We anticipate that joining our two companies will enhance our offerings and improve the services we provide to our customers. - Eleos takes its confidentiality responsibilities seriously, and we are committed to the continued safety and security of your data. Therefore, Eleos will not share any of your data without your permission, including confidential and proprietary information, with Knight-Swift or any of its employees or other personnel.
- All features added to the Eleos Mobile Platform will continue to be made available to all Eleos customers and Knight-Swift will not receive private access to any platform features.
- Eleos will continue to serve a growing number of diverse customers as the world’s only independent, programmable driver workflow platform.
