Mobile App 1.48

⭐️   Navigation Issue Reports: From time to time, drivers may encounter issues while using turn-by-turn navigation. These issues include unreported road work or traffic delays, incorrect or inappropriate trucking restrictions, defects or issues with the directions, or unexpected or incorrect turn-by-turn guidance behavior. To help collect the information needed by your operations team to research and distill these reports into specific feedback, we’ve introduced a one-tap way for drivers to safely report problems from the road. You can enable navigation issue reports and deploy a process for collecting additional driver commentary by following the instructions in the documentation.

⭐️   Geotab Drive App Support: You can now use the official Geotab Drive app while still taking advantage of our server-side Geotab integration, which includes our existing support for automatic driver provisioning, single sign-on, and HOS display within the app. This allows your drivers to get a consistent, compliant ELD experience, helps get new Geotab features and fixes into your drivers’ hands faster, and improves the reliability of hours of service display. To start transitioning to this new two-app model, see the ELD / Telematics Integrations section of the documentation. You can opt-in drivers to the new model a few at a time or all at once depending on your fleet size and needs.

Server and App Editor

The following items are server-side changes and are available without a mobile app update.

⭐️  Control Global POIs: Some, none, or all global POIs can be displayed per load using the new global_poi_search_layers property. You can learn more about how to use this property in the loads section of the documentation.

⭐️  Minimize Workflow Load/Stop Editor Panel: The workflow status editor can now be minimized to allow a larger graph view after a load or stop has been selected.

⭐️  Media Item Search: We’ve extended the Media Libraries area of the Platform Dashboard so you can search within a media library for items by title, unique ID, or filename. This will help make it easier to manage and maintain large libraries.
